Installation under SP1 will show the "update does not apply to the system" prompt to resolve the problem that the update cannot be installed under SP1, as follows:

1. First manually download the patches that need to be updated to disk, such as downloading to E:\DOWNLOADS\WINDOWS6.0-KB943899-X86.MSU, and then creating a temporary folder (for example: e:\temp\).

Click start → all programs → attachment → command specifier. Run as Administrator and execute the following command:

expand/f:* E:\DOWNLAODS\WINDOWS6.0-KB943899-X86.MSU e:\temp\

Four files are automatically extracted after execution, where Windows6.0-kb943899-x86.cab is the required update package.

2. Continue to enter the following command at the command prompt environment to install the update package manually after running:

START/W Pkgmgr/ip/m:e:\temp\windows6.9-kb943899-x86.cab)

After the reboot, you can see this update in the "Installed Updates" window, please click Refresh, and then you can delete the temp file. Follow this method to complete the installation of the update.
