-Represents the last directory, ~ usually represents the "home" directory of the current user. Use the PWD command to get the current path (absolute path).


New file: Touch test
Create directory: Mkdir-p Father/son/grandson
Copy file: CP Test Father/son/grandson
Copy directory: Cp-r father family
Delete File: RM Test
Delete directory: Rm-f test
Moving files: MV file1 documents
Renaming files: MV File1 myfile
Output file contents: Cat-n passwd, NL passwd
View files: More, less, head-n passwd, Tail-n 10-f passwd
View File type: passwd
