Linux under C Programming:

GCC compilation common options:

-I dir: Adds the dir directory to the list of search paths for the header file.

-L dir: Adds the dir directory to the list of search paths for the library file.

-fpic: The command uses a relative address.

There are two ways to run a program directly without having to specify a dynamic library under the shell:

1. Copy the library file to the/usr/lib or/lib directory, or under either of these directories, create a shortcut that links to the library and name it libname.so.

2. You can also directly configure the/etc/ld.so.conf file, add the path of the library to the file (one path per line), remember: The last to run the Ldconfig command, so that the changes take effect.
