Overview: Tail command Displays the end of the file block, you can also view the online log

1. Format

Tail "Parameters" "File"

2. Parameters

-F Loop Read

-Q does not display processing information

-V displays detailed processing information

Number of-c< > bytes displayed

-n< lines > Display rows

3. Examples

# creating Files Tail.txtcat > tail.txt<<EOF123456789101112EOF

# Show after 5 lines tail-n  5 tail.txt

# Show after 5 bytes tail-c  5 tail.txt
