cp/etc/services/tmp/Beijing  -l  -I  displays the current directory long format information (after compression)

  -L Displays the current directory long format information (after decompression)

mkdir Shijiazhuang Create Shijiazhuang directory gzip Shijiazhuang compress Shijiazhuang directory (failed)

Note: gzip can only compress files and cannot compress directories. The source file is not there after compressing the file, which distinguishes it from the compression of Windows
