Ifconfig1, Function

This command is used to view and configure network devices. When the network environment changes, you can use this command to configure the network.

2. Usage

Ifconfig [network device] [parameters]

(1) Parameters

Up to start the specified network device/NIC

Down to disable the specified network device/NIC

-A: displays all configured network interfaces (whether activated or not)

Add to configure IPv6 address for the specified Nic

Del deletes the IPv6 address of the specified Nic

Arp/-arp enable/disable support for ARP

Mtu <bytes> sets the maximum transmission unit of the NIC.

Netmask <subnet mask> sets the subnet mask of the NIC
