Linux MBR Partitioning (key knowledge)

The hardware devices in the Linux system are stored as files in the Dev directory under the root directory.

Hardware devices are automatically recognized by Linux, but they are not immediately available

The hard disk must be partitioned, formatted and mounted before it can be used

On the command line, partition the disk, you need to use the FDISK command

Disk identifier:0x00000000: The disks have not yet been partitioned

There is no way to use it correctly

Use of the Fdisk command fdisk-l

FDISK/DEV/SDB: This command allows SDB to enter the partition mode

Command (M for help): (now waiting status, input m will be helpful)

L Add Logical partition

P Add Primary partition

E add an extended partition to partition the primary partition in the extended partition

Q Save Exit
