As a Linux administrator, each time you create a user, you have to give the user some fixed files, such as Readme.txt but each copy, too cumbersome. Workaround.

Each time the system creates an account, the files in the/etc/skel folder will be copied to the user's home directory, using this function, we put Readme.txt into the/etc/skel directory, the next time you create an account will be automatically copied in.
