Basic commands

Cat: Read the file content to the standard output.
Sort: Sort text rows
Uniq: ignore or report duplicate rows
WC: number of lines, words, and bytes of the Statistical File
Grep: print the rows matching the specified mode.
Head: the header of the output file.
Tail: tail of the output file
Tee: read from standard input and write to standard output or file
Redirection

Ls> ls.txtoutput to ls.txt
Ls> ls.txttrace and redirect to ls.txt
The same principle is true for redirected standard error output.
The <parameter indicates the standard input.
A useful redirection file is/dev/null: redirect to the bottomless pit
