Linux:nohup method of not generating nohup.out

Nohup java-jar/xxx/xxx/xxx.jar >/dev/null 2>&1 &

The key is the final >/dev/null 2>&1 part,/dev/null is a virtual empty device (similar to a physical black hole), any output information is redirected to the device, will be

>/dev/null indicates redirection of standard output information to "black hole"

2>&1 indicates that standard errors are redirected to standard output (since standard output has been directed to a "black hole", i.e. the standard output is also a "black hole", then the standard error output is directed to the standard output, which is equivalent to the error output being directed to the "black hole")
