Log File cleanup tool V1.1

The last time the log file cleanup tool V1.0 was completed, it did bring a lot of convenience to your work. Although it is just a small tool, the code is relatively simple, but useful is a good thing. The last development was in a hurry and some details were not completed. After dinner today, I completed the program while watching the AFC Champions League. The competition was depressing. Both teams in the Super League lost, one and one respectively. We have made the following updates:

1. added the logging function to automatically save log files in the program root directory for future viewing;

2. Improve the display function of the program taskbar. Click the close button to automatically minimize the program to the taskbar;

3. Optimize some codes;
