The two are very confusing. In fact, they are two completely different operations.

 

1. Logical bit operation
And Operation 1 & 2 = 0-> 0000 0001 & 0000 0010 = 0000 0000 = 0
Or operation 1 | 2 = 3-> 0000 0001 & 0000 0010 = 0000 0011 = 3

Reverse by bit (~) Operation. The XOR (^) operation is omitted.

Shift (<left shift,> right shift) operation is omitted.

 

2. logical operations
Logic and & example: If (A. length> 1 & B. length> 1)
Logic or | For example: If (A. length> 1 | B. length> 1)

Logic! Example: If (! A. length> 1)

 

Logical operations are commonly used, while logical bit operations are binary operations, which are rarely used at ordinary times;
