The Linux cluster automatic installation tool (LUI) is an Open-source software that automatically installs Linux cluster workstations via a local area network (Ethernal network). Lui's biggest feature is "resource-based", Lui provides tools to manage installation resources on the server, can be assigned and applied to installation clients, and can define node groups and resource groups to simplify operations. Examples of support for resource customization in Lui version 1.1 are Linux cores and associated system mappings, RPMs, System partitions, local and remote (NFS) file systems, lui client Installation for floppy disk support for two BOOTP protocols, using DHCP and PXE for network installations.
