Lync cannot find a central storage server

Lync installation of the local configuration store was unsuccessful, prompting for automatic collection of configuration data failed to see that the log was unable to locate the central storage server.

Open the Lync Shell, enter get-csconfigurationstorelocation, view the location of the central management store, and find that the topology I'm publishing now is inconsistent, which reminds me that the storage I saw was the last computer I installed.
