In System Preferences > Hardware > Keyboard > Keyboard shortcuts, you can view and set all of the shortcut key combinations that are currently set.
MacBook's keyboard layout does not have a separate home/end/pageup/pagedown four keys, with the fn+ arrow key substitution:
Fn + Left Home
Fn + Right En
Fn+up PageUp
Fn + down PageDown
There is also only Delete in the MacBook's keyboard layout, and there is no separate del (Forward Delete):

Application-wide shortcuts (in almost all programs, these shortcuts are the same function, so it's important to spend some time remembering them for future productivity):

SHIFT + left selects the contents of the cursor forward to the beginning of the line
SHIFT + right selects the cursor backwards to the end of the line

COMMAND + right cursor moves to the end of the line

MacBook's f1~f12 are defined as various function keys, such as adjusting screen brightness, volume size, and so on. However, some people may want to change the system settings according to their past habits:
Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys
When this option was selected, press the Fn key to use the special features printed on each key
