To adjust the running parameters of a website, you must first go to the IIS console interface before you can go to the attribute settings page of the target website and adjust relevant parameters.

It is not difficult to enter the IIS console interface. We only need to log on to the server system as a system administrator, click Start, set, and control panel on the system desktop, then, double-click the "Administrative Tools" and "Internet Information Service (IIS) manager" icons in the system control panel window to open the IIS console interface.

However, sometimes we encounter such a strange thing: After double-clicking the "Internet Information Service (IIS) manager" icon with the mouse, the server system is too late to open the IIS console interface, this will inevitably affect the efficient management of IIS servers.

Why can't the IIS server console be quickly opened? How can we quickly cope with this strange phenomenon? In addition to eliminating server system problems and network viruses, we must carefully check whether the system service "Protected Storage" is running normally. if the service is not running properly, the speed at which the IIS console interface is opened will be much slower.

Many friends think that the "Protected Storage" system service is of little use, so they often accidentally stop the running status of the service, this service directly affects the opening speed of the IIS Console window. To increase the window opening speed of the IIS server console, follow these steps to successfully start the System Service "Protected Storage ":

First, log on to the IIS server system as a system administrator, click Start and run commands on the system desktop one by one, open the server system running dialog box, and enter services. msc command, click the Enter key to enter the system service list window.

In the service list window, find the target system service "Protected Storage", double-click the Service Project, open the Service Properties dialog box, and click the "General" tab in the dialog box, on the corresponding tab page, we can intuitively know the current running status of the system service.

Once the system service "Protected Storage" is abnormal, you can click the "START" button on the corresponding tab page to restart the system service; to prevent the service from running continuously, we also need to change the "Startup Type" parameter of the Service to "automatic" and click "OK.

In this way, the system service "Protected Storage" can run normally. Then, when we try to enter the console interface of the IIS server, we will feel that the opening speed of the IIS console interface is back to normal.
