Fourth step: Enter text. Step nineth: Select any Character object, set its fill (fill) option to none, and set its stroke (stroke) options to related Settings, stroke type select "Unatural" specific shape select "Fluid splatter", Tip shape with default do not make changes , the stroke width is 1 pixels, do not fill the material, specific settings as shown in the figure.

Tenth step: Because there is no fill (fill) color, so the center of the text at the moment is blank effect, this is not what we need. or select the character object, open the Object panel, and select the middle "center of the path" fill with the stroke stroke, as shown in the figure. All right, look at what happened to the character object in the edit area.

11th: Repeat steps nineth and tenth, all the character objects are set, and the final result is shown in the picture.
