Our team are part of the Pc/tablet/phone Shell team, which is redefining the the-the-efficiently build multi-platform user E Xperiences on top of our core operating system. We is looking for talented and highly motivated individuals with excellent architecture, design, coding, debugging and PR Oblem solving skills and a track record of shipping high quality software. You'll be responsible-diving deep with OS stacks, developing core input technologies and applications, owning Featur E areas that complete end-to-end user experience. You'll work with team members on the architecture design, coding, planning, scheduling, and delivering a great product. You'll be expected work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications:

? Extensive software design and development skills/experience with c/c++/c#. (preferred:4+ years)

? Hands-on experience on windows/windows Phone development and ecosystem

? Demonstrated track record of designing, developing and delivering in time

? Strong problem solving capability, working independently, great technical passion and being able to grasp new technologies qu Ickly.

? Peers across PM, test, user ability, and design to iterate and refine high quality experiences

? Excellent communication and cross group collaboration skills

? The experience in, and development on Natural Language processing or other information processing Technologies are A plus.

? The experience in ios/android development is a plus

? BS or higher degree
