Document templates are often used in the document library to generate documents. Take the document library as an example to use the document template.
1. Create a document library
2. content type of the startup document library (document library settings-Advanced Settings-startup content type)
3. view the settings of the document library and you will see more than one content type in the content type.
4. Enter the corresponding content type and Advanced Settings
5. Upload the edited template and click OK to go to the above page again.
6. Edit the template, select the "insert" tab of word, and select the red tag below
7. Click quick components. The attributes in the document library are displayed.
8. Select the corresponding location in the Word document and insert the attributes of the document library.
9. After adding the corresponding domain, save it. Create a new document in the document library.
10. At this time, we will find that the corresponding fields are displayed in the document information panel. At the same time, when adding information, the content in word will be adjusted accordingly.
If we have multiple templates, we can use this method to create them.
PS: Make sure that the corresponding operations are performed when the content type is started. Otherwise, the operation will not succeed.
