With the idea of changing fate, I had to constantly study and design the automation circuit. As a result, I became a single machine in self-control within less than a year, and then I continued to use successful cases. Young people have dreams. At that time, their ideas were still primitive, that is, they wanted to become industry leaders, leading brands, or well-known professors in the industry.

However, after so many years, it has been found that people should not only make money, but also make some contributions to the industry. For example, I have written a lot of software that is open, not just to make money, "Living for money is not far away ". My goal in life is not to make much money, but to be happy and interesting. If you make money and are happy, you can also help others. "helping customers succeed and make money-you can succeed ".

The company does not have to grow bigger and must be stronger to meet customer needs. We operate in this mode, so we think we are "invisible champion ". Our customers are the first, we are the first, and we do not need to contact the terminal, the risk is not high. Our goal for any product is No. 1, which is an idea. Even if it is not the first, it is also the first-class, not all to make money, otherwise the three streams are not.

The first turning point in life is that design in is truly clear: first, the relationship with the customer is "win-win", that is, the immediate benefits are not shown. Many people understand but it is difficult to do so. Second, the company is now talking about "technology-oriented". Many people know this truth, but it is also difficult to share it with customers. We need to make the simple principle "people-oriented, win-win ". Be kind to customers and be kind to employees. I forced myself to do it in a down-to-earth Manner. Later on, I became a habit and a necessity. There are only five employees in our company who have been switching from 99 years to now. If he is fired, he will cry. Why? This is because we helped our employees successfully. Now they are very confident in me, because I can share with them, of course, the team is very stable, his work attitude is good, because they have the desire to succeed. Obviously, this is the most important point. On the one hand, there is "moral character and Cultivation", and on the other hand, the key is to have the desire to succeed. They are all striving for the ideal, so here is a successful environment.

Two success factors: A. After research, I found that the company must focus on "Focus on strength and Dream". Ten silver medals are not as good as one gold medal. From that time on, I began to build an embedded single-chip microcomputer system. I did nothing but focused on it. Because your resources are definitely not as good as many multinational companies, but they will still be eaten by them; b. Our company should focus on basic research and build an embedded technology platform. The platform is standardized and modular, winning by the platform. Therefore, our products are becoming better and better, our brands are also good, our customers are very focused, and books are also published smoothly. In many aspects, we can establish a platform. So I think the future development of the company should be based on the "Platform.

When I made a Development Board for this market, but others also supply the Development Board, how can customers buy you? How do you use the chip market of the Development Board to promote your brand? How does one reflect that you are the strongest? I think it is necessary to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each other. Advantages: few people are doing well quickly, but their teams do not have enough manpower, sufficient funds, and rich experience. They must have problems, they do not have this consciousness. What are the best of us? First, our services, the company organizes a dedicated person to provide services, and second, we have supporting materials. I have written and published books. Although I have lost money, it is a long-term benefit to make a profit first, if college students read your books, they will cultivate your customer base in the future. Third, it is not easy for them to download software from the Internet. It is hard for them to understand the software as a Linux or middleware driver. He doesn't know how to serve his customers, and the customers cannot get good services. What should we do? We spend time writing software, all of which are original and copyrighted. Then, the design idea is published in a book to help students understand it. At the same time, let the original staff serve our customers. If you have any problems or bugs, I will help you change them. This is a better place for me than others. Fourth, these are new things, and they have no experience. They do not know how to go into simple terms, use cases in easy-to-understand languages, and explain these principles step by step, so that others can quickly learn and apply what they have learned. They do not have these experiences, but we have more than 10 years of experience in serving customers and starting a business.

I am different from any other company, not only selling chips, technical support, but also creating knowledge, publishing books, doing solution, helping customers with templates and development tools, and selling various modules, so I can benefit every point in the value chain. They can only achieve one point. My large customer base also brings me more profit in the industrial chain, and customers will purchase my products multiple times and enjoy my services multiple times, taking advantage of various opportunities to raise our shortcomings, we have the opportunity to help each customer achieve improvements. The profit I bring is far more than just the profit of the Development Board, which drives economic and social benefits. Profits in multiple industrial chains are combined to maximize profits. College students read our books, select books as university teaching materials, and provide experimental guidance, as well as teaching reference books and solutions. Each step is well done. I think this is also the best way to promote the brand. It does not make a lot of advertisements, but it is a long and arduous process rather than making advertisements once or twice. From these aspects, the development of corporate and corporate culture, the "Focus on power, achievement of Dreams", whether your behavior conforms to the company's slogans and corporate culture, a company can be said to achieve you and me, but the behavior, result, and each step are consistent. So one principle we have always adhered to is "What the opponent cannot do ." Only when the opponent cannot do it can you have value. You can also make the development board cheap and cheaper, but it does not have the best supporting materials and there is no best case, there is no free team to serve it for free. We are dedicated to every point, and these are what our competitors cannot do. The opponent is a development board. The software does not necessarily write a book. If you write a book, it may not last for one year, two years, or three years. It has been published by a publishing house for a long time. Every year, we get 5 ~ 6 or more.

I think there are two principles for developing a new product line: The technical threshold of a should not be too low. If we haven't done it today, we will know what the price will be for tomorrow. Don't start a price war in just one year, b. I also think that it is highly technical and time-consuming to do small and medium batches. It is difficult to invest enough talents, and it is what large enterprises are eager to do, in this way, you can live happily.

Companies rely on the original design in and small profits to share with others. Therefore, I want to seek long-term development, not to easily select customers, but to win-win cooperation between the two parties. It is important that the best technology works with the best partners to make money for the best people.

The biggest misunderstanding of engineers is that from the technical perspective of the market, from the technical perspective of sales, I think this is a misunderstanding. He believes that good technology must sell at a good price and look at the market from a technical point of view. Therefore, what he makes is often not the most satisfactory for the customer, and the price is not satisfactory, in addition, the product appearance, price, and process structure do not meet the demand. He only pursues the first technology. He thinks the product is an ornament and the technology is very good. He thinks it is almost the same. It is not only a technical skill, but also the product appearance, packaging, and technological structure can be almost done. The hacker makes a profit and there is no larger ideal. Therefore, the product can only be used. The most reliable products bought by Chinese people are bought from foreigners at high prices. The most appropriate thing is to buy our own products. So it should be that we are not only cheaper than him, the quality is even better than him, only in this way can we defeat him. With technical strength, ideas, and experience, we can beat his country to the next level. We can get together, get up with him, sell a good price, and I think it is okay.

Now, there is no national border in science to resist Japanese aggression and resist Japanese goods. Not only do you want to defeat the Japanese, but also your competitors. "what can't be done by your competitors ." I often tell employees that if two people in a department want to win, you also want to be unable to do anything. Your abilities are shared by colleagues at the next table, he has more than you, and you cannot survive in the company. If you are not inferior to him in all aspects, you are a good talent. This is not the case for a person, company, or country. Now I am learning Japanese technology, which in turn is more powerful than him. You can also occupy his market. If you say you don't use their products, I think it's very narrow. I think we need to learn from others' strengths and use them for my purposes. Let's see what Japan cannot do. What are you better at than others? Analysis: strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. When I have been an enterprise for so many years, an enterprise should not only pursue the maximization of enterprise profits, but also be the most fundamental goal of the enterprise. Second, it should make employees develop and have the opportunity, the third is to make money to reward the society and contribute to the industrial industry.

The weakest industry in China is R & D, and the cost of the industry can be very low. I will analyze the reasons for the weakness: first, the boss is not a technical expert. He does not know where to invest and how many people to invest, and what kind of talents he needs, therefore, it fails. A knowledgeable person may not have good management experience. He is not a major leader and has professional risks. Another characteristic of China is that if it fails, it will step down. If it fails, it will be changed. In this case, he has the ability to invest. He is afraid of failure, and no one may believe him. The third case, once a failure, can be imagined. The Chinese will think about nothing more than nothing, stability, steady development, and Confucianism. Now there is a good environment and a good opportunity. Why take risks? The reason is that entrepreneurs are often easy to succeed because they are experts and come step by step. They have different investment ideas from others. Many large enterprises in China do not have a process or a system on the surface. They do not rely on a process to ensure their operations. Each stage has discounts and investment is inadequate. If I was Li Dongsheng, I didn't do mobile phones now, but I started designing mobile phones six years ago. As a big company like tcl and Lenovo, isn't Zhou ligong doing anything about cell phones? I don't think they have foresight and dare not really invest in R & D. What is fast, not channel, trade, or assembly, it is a low-level brand promotion, and R & D should be faster. After a country issues a license, it will buy a board from Korea to assemble, modify, and develop it. The profits will be handed over to others. If we start R & D 5 or 10 years ago, it will be really fast, in an undefeated position, I think this is far-sighted. Therefore, why do many Chinese enterprises have no R & D capabilities and have no foresight, so they will never be able to experience the benefits of R & D. They will not be able to invest in R & D in a sustainable manner, nor dare to bear R & D risks, once tasted, they will invest in sustainable development. R & D is the source of sustainable development for an enterprise.

"The success of a product is not just the success of technology, but the systemic success ". Now many engineers think that good technology can be successful, but it is not necessarily possible. It is not a good software that you can succeed in. It includes system commissioning, research, planning, design, technology, structure, advertising, planning, investment, and system services. It is a system engineering, not a link. So there was a good idea over the past few years before that, but the times have gone forever. This is why I am talking about teams and systems.

I think that doing things is also a good person. If I sell myself well, I don't have to worry about selling my products.

We need to innovate, learn from successful people, do things in a successful way, and do things in a successful mode. Many enterprises and individuals do things in their own way. Of course, they will succeed in doing things in a successful way, and they must persevere and concentrate on doing things. Of course, there must also be something wrong. Whether it is suitable or not, where your long-term position is, to bring your market into full play, from a new perspective of the new market is the most suitable for you. There are many industries that are very profitable, but you will lose money when you do it, because you have not analyzed whether it is suitable for you or what your strengths are like.

I think Zhou ligong's future model is a supplier that integrates sales, services, solutions, modules, and development tools. If there are still good technologies or products in the future, we will certainly split them in the future, and take mature products as the Ministry of Industry to be independent and set up a new company. Zhou ligong's position has always been clear.

Our goal is to achieve No. 1 of the embedded system. If a company has no sense of purpose and you want to make some money, you may not be able to do anything. If you are a first-class enterprise, you have to make every effort based on your goals, which is also a success. It cannot be said that only the first is successful. This is the case in all aspects. There is no reason to think about it as well as talent.

I am still studying MBA. I will use some good experiences and trust others first, because you have no experience. First, copy its experience and fix it. If it is suitable, continue and it is not suitable to be modified slowly until it is changed to the development suitable for the enterprise. However, this method is not static, because the enterprise culture is different from each other when it develops to a certain stage. For small enterprises to survive, enterprise culture should be established to a certain extent, and the operating methods of different scales are also different. Small and medium enterprises rely on spot storage for fast response, convenient and on-site services. After the company grows to a certain scale, Small and Medium customers will not do it any more, because it is too wide and has a large number of users, it requires a lot of services, a lot of energy, and a lot of salary expenses, it is not enough to support the operation of large enterprises, and it enters the capital operation. Large companies rely on loans for capital operations, but also on logistics and major customers. Therefore, the operation modes of large and small companies are completely different. Big companies focus on coverage, Small and Medium customers require judgment, goods preparation (delivery as soon as possible), good prices and other aspects to adapt to him. This is something big companies can't do. He has a strong planning year. Small companies rely on judgment, experience, ability, vision, and scientific experience to take risks in inventory. If they do not have a sense of accuracy, the capital chain is broken. Therefore, small companies generally do not charge fees, small companies rely on fast conversion.

The development of this industry has its own characteristics. In the past, it was a fixed development and is now a sector-shaped development. For example, Philips is located in the center of the slice and at the origin. The customer is on the fan surface, and the traders are on the inside layer. The agent and design house are in the middle, and the agent is closer to the origin. Finally, the distribution network is in Asia, and this sector is constantly expanding. in global consumption, your global capability and sector capability are the strongest. As a result, arrow is very powerful. If you get the agency right to distribute data to the global market, you can get a good price and sell it to that market. Therefore, the entire market is highly controllable. So now we can see that you are not competitive, mainly because your sector is not strong. I think the value chain and business model reflect your sales and technical capabilities. The more competitive you are, the closer you are to the origin. Why? Upstream depends on you. So whether your career is promising in the future depends on your "What the opponent cannot do, what the upstream cannot do, and what the big agent cannot do". This is the way out for local distributors. It is not a pure mode, but a place where you are strong, whether it is necessary for you. Now many domestic companies also have outsourcing businesses.

Constantly develop new customers and take care of old customers (the lowest sales cost. Meet customer needs. In the past, customers were free. Now we have to register and use good technologies to serve and make reasonable profits. Zhou ligong's game rule is Development Board + low price.

The CEO has two things:
