MVC enctype = "multipart/form-data Function

When using the file upload control, MVC must add the enctype = "multipart/form-data" attribute,

Enctype = "multipart/form-data: sets the MIME encoding of the form. By default, the encoding format is application/x-www-form-urlencoded and cannot be used for file upload. Only multipart/form-data is used, in order to completely submit the data to the controller (background code.
