MYSQL 5.7 Installation Configuration

The latest MySQL free-install version configuration:

1, decompression;

2, add system environment variable, path= ...; C:\Program Files\mysql\mysql Server 5.7\bin

3. Modify the MySQL configuration file:

[Mysqld]

Basedir=c:\program files\mysql\mysql Server 5.7 (MySQL directory)

Datadir=c:\program files\mysql\mysql Server 5.7\data (the directory where MySQL resides \data)

　　　　　　

4, run cmd as administrator (be sure to run as administrator, or not enough permissions), enter: CD D:\mysql-5.7.10-winx64\bin into the MySQL bin folder. Input: Mysqld-install (if run without administrator, there will be an error due to insufficient permissions: Install/remove of the Service denied!). Then enter: Mysqld--initialize (This will initialize the data folder, if you do not do this, you will not normally start the MySQL service), initialized to start the MySQL service: net start MySQL
