MySQL Basic configuration

>> Adding environment variables

Add the MySQL server's Bin directory to the system path.

>>mysql Start and Stop commands

net start mysql56

net stop mysql56

>> Connect MySQL Server

Connect on server Local: mysql-u+ user name-p+ password

Mysql-h localhost-u-P (localhost: server IP address)

>> View MySQL basic information

Mysql>show databases;

Mysql>use * * *; using a database

Mysql>show tables;

Mysql>select version (); View versions

Mysql>select current_data; View dates

Mysql>select now (); View time

Mysql>select database (); View current databases

Mysql>show status; View run status
