MYSQL Access denied for user error

MySQL remote connection when "Access denied for user **@**" error, make me very big, and later found out to solve the method. Record, afraid to forget again later:

First log in to MySQL locally, and then execute the two lines:

GRANT all privileges on * * to your account @ '% ' identified by ' your password; FLUSH privileges;

Format: Grant permission on the database name. Table name user @ Login host identified by "User password";
