MySQL LIMIT OFFSET

LIMIT accepts one or two numeric arguments, and the argument must be an integer constant.

Given two parameters, the first parameter specifies the offset of the first returned record row, the second parameter specifies the maximum number of rows returned, and the initial record line is offset by 0(not 1).

SELECT * from TBL LIMIT 2, 1-reads the record from the first 3 records, and reads 1 records in a cumulative way.

SELECT * from TBL limit 1 OFFSET 2-read record starting from 3 , Cumulative read 1, similar to LIMIT 2, 1
