TIMESTAMP (3) with DATETIME (3) means retention 3 is the number of milliseconds

TIMESTAMP (6) with DATETIME (6) means retention 6 is the number of milliseconds

Example of modifying a table field that already exists: ALTER table tb_financial MODIFY create_time DATETIME (3) DEFAULT NULL COMMENT ' input time ';
