Fis/scrat is an engineering framework that solves problems at the front-end engineering level.
"Do HTML templates for PHP colleagues" This is a front-end integration level problem
This is a question of two different dimensions.
You can still do HTML template after using Fis/scrat, to PHP colleagues, but the static resources of the front end is managed by Scrat, not contradictory ah
