Note:
1. Avoid tedious text descriptions, add as many chapters as possible, and use project numbers as much as possible.

3. Pay attention to the standard format and specifications for Word documents. Generally, companies have their own template specifications. Before the formal content, check the key points of the format.

1. Right-click site management, click Create site, and enter:
1). Basic information:
Site name: Enter "information area" for the site location. Note that the site cannot be repeated.
Site Description: site description. Optional.
Site http: Optional
Storage location: Enter "loacl_new" for the site location"
Status of the published document after modification: Select "editing or new draft"
Publish Document Status: select all
File to be uploaded: Enter the target FTP server for site Publishing
2). planned release: Optional
3). Version configuration: select all automatically saved options
4). Name of the file to be published: Click the tab page and enter "jsp" for the extension"


2. open the test information area site template management, export the information area overview and overview (ZIP file), and import it to the information area data template management, set both the overview and the overview of the channel properties, and select inherit parent channel overview and inherit parent channel overview. Click the application to complete the overview settings of all relevant channels in the information area.

3. after the site is created, use the right-click menu of the site to create a common channel, that is, the information station "information area data", and the storage location is "km_data". Note that, set the channel attribute as follows:

2). custom form:
Change the document collection template to "/wcm/doc/km_post_document.jsp"
Change the document editing template to "/wcm/doc/km_edit_document.jsp"
Change the document list template to "/wcm/doc/km_list_document.jsp"


3. in the "Information area data" channel, create a channel named "Information Library" and store it in the channel "Store". The display name is the same as the channel name. Other information can be left blank. The related settings are as follows:

2). custom form:

Change the document list template to "/wcm/doc/km_list_document.jsp"


4. Similarly, the "Information Zone" channel is created and its storage location is "zone". The related settings are as follows:

2). custom form:
