Ubuntu 9.10 encountered the problem of "unlocking the key ring" when it was started, so I wrote a article titled "how to unlock the key ring after Ubuntu one was started ".
. The method is still used in ubuntu10.04.
I still encountered this problem in Ubuntu 10.04.
1. If you do not Enable Automatic Logon, you can set the key ring password to be the same as the logon password. In this way, the key ring is automatically decrypted after logon.
2. If you log on automatically, you can leave the key ring password blank.
Confirm warning:
However, empty passwords cause security issues. The key ring passwords are all stored in plaintext.
In this case, you can directly see ~ /. The password stored in plaintext in gnome2/keyrings/login. keyring.
Fortunately, the file can only be read and written by the current user.

If you have security problems, such as other untrusted people, you can log on to your system and get the root permission, it is not safe.
In this case, automatic logon is required, and the default key ring password must be consistent with the logon password. Remember to lock the screen when the user leaves.
