Here's how I plan and current implementation of how PSI operates crowdsourcing.

How to operate crowdsourcing

Simply put: PSI operates crowdsourcing in the form of a virtual company.

1. Crowd-pack candidates

People who participate in PSI crowdsourcing are not free to work, so crowdsourcing requires funding. The current source is: revenue from customized projects for PSI.

If you want to support PSI, you can do so by donating funds to the PSI crowdsourcing.

3, what do crowdsourcing do?

Crowdsourcing's primary task is to complete the PSI customization project. To complete the research and development of PSI's own product in the absence of custom projects.

4. Income standard for crowdsourcing staff

Calculated at $100 per hour. It is actually very difficult to assess how long it will take to evaluate a job. This can only be done when the parties agree to each other.

5. Time requirements for crowdsourcing staff

Spend 5 hours a week. This is a monthly income of $2000.
