Log on to the database to view logs. Use sqlplus "/as sysdba" to log on. The show parameter session query is 330. Check whether the listening log exceeds 2 GB (NO ). If the listener is abnormal, restart the listener. The same result is found.

Check netstat-na and find that there is a very high port 1521. Check whether the system kernel parameter settings are insufficient.

After you manually kill an oracle connection process, you can log on through the process client. The cause of the fault is clear.
