I copied the database folder in "d: oracleoradata" and the database folder in "d: oracleadmin" from machine a to the corresponding folder in machine B, and then changed the listener. ora, tnsnames. ora File

But with plsql login error ora-12500: tns: Listeners cannot start dedicated server process
