Second, the specific operation

1. Use the Services window in Administrative tools and the commands under DOS to start several common services for Oracle.

(1) Start the service using the Services window in Administrative tools

(2) Use the DOS command to start the Dbconsole service

2. Use the system user to log in to the Sql*plus graphics window in the OEM tools, program group.

3. Click "Start", "Run", enter the cmd command into the DOS environment, and then execute the sqlplus command to log into the database, and use the Connect command to switch the current connection user, the operation is as follows ((1) ~ (3) steps are implemented separately, (4) ~ (5) steps are implemented separately):

(1) SQLPLUS system/password.

(2) SQLPLUS system/password @ host string.

(3) SQLPLUS system/password @ host name or host IP address: Database port number/database service name.

(4) CONNECT sys/password @ host string as SYSDBA.

(5) CONNECT sys/password @ host name or host IP address: Database port number/database service name.

4. Log in to the database with the Sysyem privileges of the SYS user, attempt to start the database using different startup methods of the startup command, and use the shutdown command to close the database, as follows:

(1) SQLPLUS sys/password as SYSDBA

(2) SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE.

(3) STARTUP nomount| Mount| OPEN observes how the information is different when you start the database in different ways.
