Oracle EBS Warning System Management

This chapter describes how to configure and manage the Oracle EBS warning system. It is convenient and timely for users or the system to operate databases. Next we will talk about the procedure:

1. Manage the alert system --> System --> Option

The value of "Unix sendmail" comes from the following sources:

[Root @ test ~] # Which sendmail /Usr/sbin/sendmail

The value of "Mail Database/Server Name" is kjgb, or it can be a Mail suffix such as kjgb.net.
2. Set workflow: System Administrator --> Oracle Applications manager --> Workflow

2.1 select the icon of the "Notification Mailers" pair, such as the red box

2.2 Open the "Edit" button, set the email server IP address or name, email account and password, enter the password, and click "Apply" to save the settings.

2.3 click "Test Mailer" on the right of the interface and select "CLN_NOTIFICATION_ROLE". Then, "Send Test Message" is used to Test email sending.
