Oracle initialization or shutdown in progress problem resolution

Oracle initialization or shutdown in progress this error message when you log in to Oracle today, searching the web, trying a lot of ways, and finally combining several methods to successfully solve the problem!

cause : I mistakenly delete a previously backed up database file and prompt for errors when I log back in to the database to load data

Operation Steps :

1. run cmd under Windows to enter the DOS environment first.

2. log in as a DBA user, the specific command is
sqlplus/nolog
sql>connect Sys/change _on_install as Sysdba
hint: succeeded

3.

      S ql >shutdown immediate       stop service
     SQL> Startup                         start-up service to see if there are any data file loading errors at startup and remember Error data file designator
     sql>shutdown immediate       Stop the service again
      SQL>  alter database DataFile ' G:\SP001. DBF ' offline drop;

The database has changed.

sql> ALTER DATABASE open;

The database has changed.

Sql>startup start service, this time normal.

4. Enter Sql*plus login without prompting for errors
