User management:
1. Create a user (to log on with DBA authority to create a Sys/system login)
Create user username identified by password (password starts with a letter);
2. Change the password to the user
1>alter user username identified by new password;
2>password user name, then prompts you to enter a new password
3. Delete users
Drop user username;
If the user you want to delete has already created a table then take a parameter cascade means to delete the user and the table created by the user
4. Assign permissions to the user (Oracle has defined more than 140 permissions, including system and object permissions)
System permissions: Describes the user's permissions on database access (build libraries, tables, stored procedures, indexes, etc.)
Object permissions: Refers to the user's permissions to manipulate other users ' data objects (tables, attempts, etc.)
Grant Connect/select/update/all on table name to user name
5, the maintenance of rights
Give one user permission to manipulate another user's table, and if you want the user to continue forwarding that permission, you can bring with GRANT option, and if it is System permissions, bring with admin option
Grant Select on another user name. Table name to user name with GRANT option
6. Revoke one user's access to another user's table
Revoke select on table name from user name
