At this morning, a telephone bell woke me up. My colleagues at night shift made a mistake again. As a result, my colleagues told me that the database could not be connected and the production line could not be refreshed.
Open your computer and connect it to your company. when the log file is opened, no error is reported, but the log stops. according to the normal situation, a log switch should occur. the examinee uses sqlplus to connect to the database and reports a TNS error. the listener is restarted and cannot be connected. finally, we had to restart Oracle service. restore to normal.
No exception occurred while viewing OS logs.
This exception has occurred many times, but there are no errors in the log file. The tiger eats the day and cannot start. It is estimated that it is an Oracle bug. Can someone solve this problem? Could you give me some advice.
