1>create table ... as select:, the table does not exist, and the tables are created and the data is copied. Use this statement in cases where the table does not exist in the oralce.

CREATE TABLE newtable as SELECT * from Sorucetable

2>insert into ... Select from ..., the table exists, copy the data, and Oracle can use this statement to replicate the data.

Insert INTO Targettable (value11,value12:) Select from Value21,balue22 from SourceTable

3>select. Into ... from:, table does not exist, create table and copy data, run directly in Plsql error, need to run in block.

Select Value11,value12 ... into newtable from SourceTable
