  • Introduction

  • Background

The Learning Group was established last week (with the party's Birthday Day). The course content in this article is "C # graphic tutorial", and the main study is four interns, and the company's test Manager (because the test Manager has no development experience, start from the basics), the test Manager is the leader of the Learning Group. Considering the comparison basis, each person is divided into 2 ~ Therefore, a total of 10 chapters are allocated. And let everyone finish learning in the next week.

The first study sharing meeting was held yesterday afternoon. Although this study is unsuccessful, it is very successful on the whole.

  • Process

A total of four interns and seven formal employees were present at the meeting. The general process is to share the first eight chapters of the four interns (due to the time relationship, the test Manager's chapter is not shared at the end ). Since the entire learning and sharing session did not achieve the learning and sharing effect, we will discuss how to make the meeting better in the next half of the meeting.

  • Problem

The sharing is basically complete, but there are several problems:

  1. Too many tasks are arranged. Some people are still in the project team, so this part cannot be taken care;
  2. There are different levels. Some people think that the progress is slow, while others think that the progress is fast;
  3. Because the learning knowledge is too basic and some people do not pay attention to it, you just need to go through the basic content;
  4. The sharing time is generally specified, but there are no strict requirements, resulting in time-out;
  5. The sharing content is different. Some people focus on theory, many concepts, some focus on examples, and many code, which does not have a good effect;
  6. We still regard this as a task, and we are done to complete our part;
  7. Exercise is also required for expression, especially for an intern;
  8. During sharing, you do not pay attention to other statuses and do not care about the gains of other personnel;
  9. When assigning tasks, let everyone do their mind map and hope everyone has a general picture, but some people have not;

  • Solution:

Looking at the many questions above, is this activity regarded as a failure? I don't think so. This is just the beginning. We started to enter the self-improvement stage. In response to the above questions, we will take turns to speak and find the reasons and solutions. Although the work was delayed, it was still very effective.

  1. There are too many tasks to solve: we will share only four chapters for the next sharing. You can take these four chapters and study them all. In the future, the progress of at least two chapters will be shared every week, and the overall progress will be controlled by the testers.
  2. Different Levels: you can separate the sharing and learning processes. The progress is controlled by testers, but there are at least two chapters per week.
  3. The knowledge is too basic: In addition to studying this chapter, the person in charge of each chapter also needs to expand and answer questions to explain why and why, and what are the benefits. For each topic, we will try to make every effort possible.
  4. Sharing time rules: Explanation of the basic content of the person in charge of each chapter 3 ~ 5 minutes, the example is about 10 minutes, and the question and answer are about 10 minutes. In this way, the average duration of each chapter is about 25 minutes.
  5. Different sharing content: the sharing content mainly includes basic content (such as concepts and mind maps), examples, and extended Q & A components. Before each sharing, the default task has been read in this chapter.
  6. Presentation, and attention to the status of participants: this is still a good exercise opportunity for the participants who read the blackboard, presentation ability and preparation.
  7. Some people do not pay attention to it or take it as a task: they are willing to do things based on their interests. If they do not like it or do not have time, they can quit. At the same time, they hope that each sharer will respect everyone (at least everyone has spent time ), respect yourself.
  8. Mind Map: it is still not mandatory. The purpose of this document is to allow everyone to stand on the big picture and master the learning process.

  • Other conventions:
  1. The intern is now in the summer vacation. I still hope they will go back to their parents and their parents will miss their children. However, it may take one week and a half. It is said that after a long time, we will fight with our parents ^ _ ^;

  2. If you have an intern, you can take a look at the calculator. When you share the notebook, you can share it with your own examples to achieve better results.
  3. You can write a demo in accordance with the book, but want to become your own things, especially the code specifications. This is not the focus of books.
