Nginx + php + php-fpm run the Web, PHP version is based on PHP-FPM
Although you have installed the PHP70, but the PHP-FPM version is PHP 5.5, so should be running the PHP70-FPM
The path should be /usr/local/opt/php70/sbin/php70-fpm
