The effect of this tutorial is made up of a number of smaller, higher-light materials. A single graphic may not look good, but it's stacked together and changes the opacity and color appropriately. Come out of the effect is greatly different.

1, create a new 1024 * 768 pixel file, background filled with black, and then create a new layer, with the elliptical marquee tool pull a larger round selection, press CTRL + ALT + D feather 15 pixels, and then fill the color: #AC9BCF, the following figure.
Figure 1
2. Use the elliptical marquee tool to pull a slightly smaller round selection, feather 5 pixels and fill the black, as shown below. When you deselect the selection, change the layer blending mode to strong light, and the layer opacity to: 30%, and then move the graphic to the upper-right corner of the canvas, as shown in Figure 3.
Figure 2 Figure 3
3, create a new layer, with the elliptical marquee tool pull a smaller round selection, select the Gradient tool, color settings such as Figure 5, pull out the radial gradient shown in Figure 6.
Figure 4 Figure 5 Figure 6
4, a new layer, with the elliptical marquee tool pull a positive circle selection, fill white, and then create layers to adjust the layer style, select the outer glow, parameter settings such as Figure 7, the effect is shown in Figure 8.
Figure 7 Figure 8
5, just do a good two layers merged, and then more copies of some appropriate adjustments to the size and position, the effect of the following figure. Individual graphics can adjust the color appropriately.
Figure 9
6, create a new layer, with the elliptical marquee tool pull a small round selection, feather 5 pixels after the fill color: #3D005D, and then copy some, the effect is as shown in Figure 11.
Figure 10 Figure 11
7, create a new layer, select the soft corner of the brush (brush transparency set to: 100%) brush Some of the high light spots, you can choose a different color, the effect of the following figure.
Figure 12 Figure 13
8. Create a new layer on top of the layer, change the layer blending mode to "filter Color", and brush with some high light spots, the effect is as follows.
Figure 14
9, create a new layer, with a pen to check out a curve selection, fill color: #044E76, the following figure.
Figure 15
10, double-click the layer into the layer style, select the external glow, parameter settings such as Figure 16, to determine after the layer blending mode to "filter", the effect is as shown in Figure 17.
Figure 16 Figure 17
11, the same method of making other curves, more than the production curve can adjust the color slightly, the effect of the figure 18,19.
Figure 18 Figure 19
12, create a new layer, press CTRL + ALT + Shift + E-stamped layer. Execution: filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, the value is 5, after the layer blending mode is changed to "soft light", layer opacity to: 50%, the effect of the following figure.
