Photoshop Digital Nebula

The method of making this digital nebula effect is simpler, using several distorted, blurred filters in Photoshop, image adjustment tools, blending mode of layers, and adjusting layer transparency.

First create a new image file with a black background and a 300*300 size.

Draws irregular white color blocks in the background layer and uses Gaussian blur to blur the layers appropriately.

Use the ripple filter in the warp filter with a number of 999%, the size is big, and then use Ctrl+f to repeat the filter effect one to two times.

Copy the background layer and name the layer one. We now use the Wave filter in the twist on the background layer to make the effect as shown.

Now you are working on the layer one. Use radial Blur tool, set quantity is 100, fuzzy method is radial, quality is good. Make a picture effect. and copy layer one, named Layer two.
Note: Here you can use the image-> to adjust the brightness/contrast of->, the layer one to handle, to achieve better results. I wrote the tutorial because I forgot this step, so the effect is not as good as the previous works.

Operation Layer One: Use image-> hue/saturation, respectively, adjust hue, saturation, lightness. Made as a result of the picture.

Sets the blending mode of layer one to strong light. Make a picture effect.

Select Layer Two, using image-> to adjust the-> threshold, convert layer two to black and white; Use the Magic wand tool, select the black part, and use the Select/feather 5 pixels, set the layer blending mode to screen, adjust the opacity appropriately. Make a picture effect.

Note: Because this process has a relatively large randomness, so this effect with the original image slightly different.
