1. 2. Press the "D" button on the keyboard, set the foreground and background colors to the default black and white, and then click Create a new Layers (Create a Layer) button underneath the layers panel to create a new layer on the background layer Layer1, press ALT Delete shortcut, Fills the foreground color, or black, in the new layer Layer1.

5. Then execute filter>stylize>glowing edges (Filter > Style > Illuminate Edge) command, set edge width =, edge brightness = 5 in the pop-up dialog box, smoothness = 5, when the setting is complete, click the OK button in the dialog box to get the effect shown in Figure 3:

6. Make sure the foreground and background colors are still the default black and white, perform the filter>render>difference clouds (Filter > Render > Layered Clouds) command, and if the image effect is not satisfactory after execution, you can press CTRL F Repeat the last filter command. Execute the command multiple times until the image is satisfactory, the author has executed two of the command, the reader in the actual operation of the results may be slightly different from this example, that is because the layered cloud is a randomized command, the effect as shown in Figure 4:

7. Execute image>adjustments>hue/saturation (Image > Adjust > Hue/saturation) command, check the colorize (coloring) option in the pop-up dialog box, and then adjust hue and saturation, Readers can adjust according to their favorite color, this example to adjust to green, when the settings are complete, click the "OK" button in the dialog box, the final effect is as shown in Figure 5:
