Create a new layer, select the elliptical Marquee tool, and pull out the round selection shown in Figure 2 with the intersection of the reference line as the center. Select the Gradient tool, and the color settings are as shown in Figure 3, pulling out the radial gradient indicated in Figure 4.
Lock the layer and set the foreground color to: #A6E6CB, with a brush to paint the bottom of the selection section with a light high light.
