This article for you to explain how to two or more photos merged into a Zhang Quanjing photos, the author of the use of software for Photoshop CS4, the following explanation will be based on Photoshop CS4.

The synthetic panorama is divided into two steps: one is "taking photos" and the other is "synthetic photos".

Notes for taking photos

First of all, to take a segmented photo to pay attention to the matter, the photos taken properly, combined with the effect will be improved!

1. Between the photo and the photo, the overlapping part should be enough, not too much or too small, in general, the heavy Diebu part is better than 25% to 30% of the photo area.

2. Each photo should be taken with the same focal segment, in order to maintain the same size of the scene.

3. Use the tripod and the level to shoot at the same position and level, in order to maintain the same point of view, and the continuity of the image.

4. Use manual exposure mode to maintain the same exposure value, otherwise the merged image will become light dark.

5. Avoid the use of wide-angle lenses to minimize the chance of causing significant image distortions.

To synthesize photos:

1. Open Photoshop >> Click "File" >> Select "Automate" >> Click "Photomerge"

2. Click "Browse" in the Photomerge interface to select the right photo to import into

3. Select the "Layout" and click whether the need for vignette removal"to remove the halo" (removal due to lens defects or lens shading caused by improper processing of the image in the darker edges of the images and perform exposure compensation) or geometric distortion corretion"Geometric distortion correction" (compensating barrel shape, fish eye variant, etc.).

4. Press "OK" to complete.

Here is a brief description of what the 6 "layout" are, and how it should be chosen:

1. Auto

It will automatically choose the model that it deems most appropriate to use, it is not necessarily accurate, if not satisfied, can try other modes.

2. Perspective

It will be in the middle of the perspective of the center (I now use two photos to synthesize, so it automatically selects the right side of the picture as the center of view), the left and the next diagram will be pulled backwards, forming a stereo visual effect.

3. Cylindrical

The author's common pattern in combining panorama is that it will compensate for the deformation of the photograph, and the horizontal line will be straightened.

4. Spherical

This is designed for 360-degree panoramic shots. At the same time it will provide a kind of fish eye effect.

5. Collage

This pattern will not compensate you for the variant, it will only rotate one/two photos and then merge them abruptly.

6. Reposition

This pattern will not compensate you for any or even rotate, and you need to be quite accurate in your photographs. If there is no distortion in the photo, this pattern can merge the perfect panorama for you.

This time I chose the cylindrical model of the combined results, and then to crop tool cut off the four edges can be a beautiful panorama photo!
