13. Go back to the "Paint" layer on the layers panel, keep the selection selected, and press DELETE to remove the extra parts. Select Layer-Copy layer, named "Grain", temporarily hidden.

14. Select "Paint" layer, blending mode for soft light, apply layer style as shown.

15. Create a new layer above the "Paint" layer to "Color", select the Gradient tool, and open the editor to select a preset blue-red-yellow gradient to achieve the following effect.

A clipping mask is formed by holding down the ALT key and clicking between the "Paint" and "Color" layers. The blending mode of "Paint" is set to the difference.

19. Clear the selection, apply filters to "Highlight2"-Blur-Gaussian Blur, 1px, which makes the highlights more natural.

20. Switch to the channel panel, extract the "ALPHA2" of the selection, back to the layers board, the top layer of a new layer named "Shade", move the selection to the left up 2px, filled to black, and then back to the original, Delete.

21.ctrl+d, Filters-Blur-Gaussian blur, 1px.

22.ctrl+ Click on the "PSD" layer to extract the selection, create a new layer at the top named "Shade2", fill it with black, move the selection up to the left 2px, and then delete. Keep this layer selected, CTRL + click on the "PSD" layer again, filter-blur-Gaussian blur, 2px.

23.ctrl+ Click on the "PSD" layer to extract the selection, create a new layer at the top named "Highlight3", fill it with white, move the selection down to the right 2px,delete. Extract the selection of the PSD layer again (this is done for the next Gaussian blur not to spread out to the letter), filters-Blur-Gaussian blur, 1px.

24. Create a new layer above the background layer named "Texture" and fill it with black. ① Filter-render-lens flare (parameters see diagram), ② filter-render-layered cloud, ③ image-adjust-go-color, ④ filter-twist-glass (see diagram for parameters), ⑤ then add a gradient overlay to the layer (see chart for parameters), and the result is as follows:
