1 Reverse generation of PDM

1) Create an empty PDM model (select the appropriate DBMS):

2) Select "Database"--"Update Model from Database ..." menu:

1.1 Using SQL Files

1) In the new window, select the corresponding "Using script files"--"(ADD files)". Then pop up the window and select the corresponding SQL file. Click Open to complete the selection.

2) Click "OK" to generate.

1.2 Working with data sources

1) Select the Data source option and click "Add":

2) Select "ODBC file Data source":

3) Select NEW:

4) Next:

5) Select the corresponding database driver (here DB2 for example) and then next:

6) Enter the name of the save, then next:

7) Complete:

8) Enter user name password:

9) Enter database information:

10) Confirm the completion, then click Test:

11) Then select the data source, select the corresponding data table, click OK to generate PDM.
