Problems with installing Windows 2008 virtual machines

Most recently, when KVM was doing Windows systems, I often reported such an error:

Error continue install:request operation isn't Valid:domain is already running

Looking at the list of processes, we found 2:

At first I thought it was the result of these 2 processes, so I went to another machine to create a virtual machine to look at, and found that there are also 2 processes, so I judged not the 2 process caused.
