3. Sit down and practice: this exercise can be arranged before going to bed at night or before getting up in the morning. Place your legs on the bed, keep your upper body upright, and sit down at the heel as much as possible to increase the curvature of the knee. Exercise 10 ~ 15 minutes.

4. Leg-pressing exercise: the main point is to move the affected limb forward for half a step to keep the legs straight; or to put the affected limb straight on an object of a certain height, and use your hands to reach the foot tip of the affected limb. It must be noted that the action cannot be too fierce and the number of times is not required too much (3 ~ 5 times), but try to touch the top of the foot with both hands. If it fails to reach the top of the foot, follow the principle of gradual development.

In addition, excessive weight and walking are an important factor that increases knee pain. Therefore, you can use cycling, swimming, and exercises instead of long distance walking and exercise.
