  1. Download Python from the official website, after installation, you need to configure the environment variables, at the system variable, in the variable path to increase the Python installation path.

  2. Install the latest version of Visual Stdio, need to install PTVs so that you can use vs as a python development IDE

  3. VS is just the IDE that develops the Python program, and if you need to install Python, you need to download the installation package from the website.

    Here the XLS read and write xlrd 0.9.3 for example, after downloading from the Internet, unzip, into the installation package folder, execute Python setup.py install
